BY THE USE OF KANASTACORP PRODUCTS OR THE ACCESSING KANASTACORP WEBSITES, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE PRODUCT, AND DO NOT ACCESS ANY KANASTACORP WEBSITES.

The user is granted a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to reproduce and use for PERSONAL purposes the executable code version of the Product, provided any copy must contain all of the original proprietary notices. This license does not entitle the licensee to receive hard-copy documentation, technical support, telephone assistance, enhancements or updates to the Product. You may not copy, reverse engineer, translate, port, modify or make derivative works of the Product. You may not rent, disclose, publish, sell, assign, lease, sublicense, market, or transfer the Product or use them in any manner not expressly authorised by this Agreement. You shall not derive or attempt to derive the source code, source files or structure of all or any portion of the Product by any means whatsoever. You may not use the Product to operate a service bureau or for any other use involving the processing of data of other persons or entities. KanastaCorp retains all ownership rights in the Product. You shall not alter or remove any copyright notice or proprietary legend contained in or on the Product.

This Product is provided free of charge only for private and personal use. If you are a corporate or government user, you are required to purchase a license. Please visit our website for payment details. Licenses are non-transferable and MAY NOT BE RESOLD.

The Product is provided to you on an AS IS and WITH ALL FAULTS basis, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY; without even the implied warranty of MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the Product is BORNE BY THE USER. IN NO EVENT SHALL KANASTACORP OR ITS EMPLOYEES, OR ITS SUPPLIERS OR RESELLERS WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES THAT MIGHT OCCUR TO ANY OF YOUR PROPERTY, COMPUTER, ETC. IN CONSEQUENCE OF YOU USING THIS SOFTWARE PROGRAM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY THEREOF. THIS DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY CONSTITUTES AN ESSENTIAL PART OF THIS AGREEMENT. NO USE OF THE PRODUCT IS AUTHORIZED HEREUNDER EXCEPT UNDER THIS DISCLAIMER. Some locations do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or the limitation of duration of an implied warranty. If you are in such a location, YOU MAY NOT USE THIS PRODUCT.

The Product is not fault-tolerant and is not intended for use or resale as on-line control equipment in hazardous environments requiring fail-safe performance, such as in the operation of nuclear facilities, aircraft navigation or communication systems, air traffic control, direct life support machines, or weapons systems, in which the failure of the Product could lead directly or indirectly to death, personal injury, physical or psychological trauma, or severe physical or environmental damage ("High Risk Activities"). Accordingly, Licensor and its suppliers specifically disclaim any express or implied warranty of fitness for High Risk Activities. Licensee agrees that Licensor and its suppliers will not be liable for any claims or damages arising from the use of the Product in such applications.

You may not use the Product for any illegal or morally or ethically questionable purpose. You may not use the Product to restrict the rights or invade the privacy of others. You are responsible for complying with any local laws that may affect your right to import, export, or use the Product and you represent that you have complied with any regulations or registration procedures required by applicable law to make this license enforceable.

The Product may be distributed in full and unmodified form, and no charge is to be associated with such copies, other than a nominal charge to cover the cost of distribution or media. The KanastaCorp website may NOT be distributed in ANY form for ANY PURPOSE. As such, the Product may be distributed eg. with shareware CDs bundled with magazines, etc where the purpose of the purchase is not the CD, and where the entire cost of the purchase does not exceed US $8. If the cost of purchase exceeds US $8 or the purpose of the purchase is the CD, a distribution fee must be paid to the licensor.

A shorter form of this license may appear with the actual Product. In such an event, the version on the KanastaCorp website shall take precedence. KanastaCorp may terminate your license upon notice for failure to comply with any of these License Terms. Upon termination, you must immediately destroy the Product, together with all copies, adaptations and merged portions in any form. BY THE USE OF KANASTACORP PRODUCTS OR THE ACCESSING KANASTACORP WEBSITES, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT.
